Users can use the in-app screen to manage their account and request the account to be deleted. SoftWyer normally action these requests with 7 days.
Account deletion will perform the following actions.
All collection and item data for the collections that you own will be deleted. However, for shared collections where there is another ADMIN user, that user will become the new owner for the collection. If you want your shared collections to be deleted, then you should delete the collections prior to requesting an account deletion, or remove other user's ADMIN roles.
Your details will be removed from other collections that you have access to.
Your account will be deleted and you will no longer be able to log into the app with the same credentials.
At any point prior to SoftWyer actioning the account deletion request, you can cancel the request and your account will not be deleted.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@softwyer.com. Note, we will require email requestors to prove that they own the accounts they want deleted. This will normally involve us emailing the account owner at the email address registered with the account and the account owner should respond to that email.
Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of two years will be automatically deleted.
